Jerry Kranz is a specialist in condominium investment
and rental properties. He has owned his own real estate company
for 20 years and is a resident of Stamford for over 40 years.
Jerry has degrees in both English and Electrical
Engineering and has held numerous positions with the Stamford
Board of
Realtors®, including head of Ethics and Arbitration and
Equal Opportunity in Housing Committees.
He also has been Board President for two years
and was elected “Realtor®
of the Year” by his peers for his voluntary contributions
to the Board and the community.
